Here we go! My turn to do this too, I guess.
Here's my reasoning for this though:
I recently decided to join the military (Air Force, actually) and I'm kind of behind on getting myself in shape. I'll have to do a lot of vigorous exercises once I'm in, and I don't want to be the last one in the bunch. This means I am going to do everything I can to get myself to get to the minimal goals.
What are these goals?
47 push-ups a minute
54 sit-ups a minute
A 10:30 minute mile and a half run
I can maybe do the sit-ups right now
Now, why do I need more motivation do do this for joining the military?
Truth be told, when I was younger, I had a knee problem that made my left leg very week, and to this day it is in pain because of a small bone fragment now floating in my knee. I don't like it, and I need to get over it, so this is my motivation.
Here is what I'll make a deal with:
(And these will change as I get better. and all of it will be recorded)
writing/fanfiction for any of my characters: I will do sit-ups for one minute
A drawing of one of my characters: I will do a minute of Push-ups
A drawing of one (Or more) of my characters and one (Or more) of yours: 5 minutes of star steps**
This will stay open until the week before I go to boot Camp which is undecided at this moment. Keep your eyes open for updates on that!
** Due to living on a dirt road I cannot run in the snow, as well as ice problems. if it is a nice day, I will run one mile and walk another.
