Yes, everything has a "Halloween" title in front of it, sorry. I needed to keep my folder organized. 

So, yes, free to use! All of these brushes I made for fun and no, not all of them are the best, but I do hope you enjoy them, or some of them. The bats work best as a scatter, Eyes work best at Bitmap with out a rotate. (As do the smiles) The sparks I am still messing with, so I have no suggestions on those. 

Anyway, usual usage rules:
Use as you please
credit if you want, you don't have to
Do not Re-distribute any brushes without permission
